What a year it has been for Schmiley Mo! After emerging its first unique collection at Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week and then Jakarta Fashion Week last year, this brand is not stopping its way to the top. From the whimsical mind of Creative Director, Diana Rikasari, Schmiley Mo successfully strut the runway of London Fashion Week!
Yeap, on the eve of January 18th, 2017 Schmiley Mo presents another one of their hippest collection at London Fashion Week 2017, making Schmiley Mo one of the few South East Asian brand that walked the runway in Devonshire Square this year. Still focused on the ecstatic compilation featuring bold and cheerful designs, the collection is called The Story of Henry. A quirky chicken named Henrietta (or Henry for short) is what brought this collection to life. Giving an introduction to an easy going and playful chicken, representing how people should feel when they wear the piece—that is, they can be anything they want!
The Story of Henry features a creative twist on knots, embroidered polka dots, crochet, and fringes combined in a variety of fabrics like denim and tulles. Need I say more? The Story of Henry is uber cool with a withstand to transform your everyday look into something playful and to dream bigger than your own shell – like Henry.
